Red Grammer Family Concert

Sat, May 5, 2012. 3:00pm

We invite you to join us at the Experimental Station this Saturday, May 5, at 3pm for a Family Concert by Grammy-nominated singer/composer Red Grammer. If your family does not yet know Red's music, you have something to discover! Hands down, his is the best music for children that you will find—rich, positive, sophisticated, and fun. Although Red writes songs for children—ages 4-12 or so—adults will find themselves listening to Red's music with equal enjoyment. His voice is fabulous, the instrumentation on his CDs is unlike any other in children's music, and his concerts are wholly entertaining for all.

Saturday's concert will take place at the Experimental Station (6100 S. Blackstone Avenue). Tickets may be purchased at the door, starting at 2:30pm. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 per child. Street parking is available on 61st Street, Dorchester Avenue, and the Midway Plaisance.

After the concert, Red's CDs will be available for sale. Also, to accommodate hungry concert-goers, B'Gabs Raw/Vegan Deli in the Experimental Station will be open prior to and after the concert. Stop in for a delicious and healthy smoothie, juice, or snack!

Red Grammer's Family Concert at the Experimental Station is brought to us through the generosity of Red Grammer and Saba and Charles Nolley. We thank them for creating this extraordinary opportunity, and we look forward to seeing you there!
