Bike a Bee is an urban beekeeping project on the south side of Chicago. They bike to their hives, and bottle honey according to which garden it’s from, so be sure to check the label! Their honey is never heated, micro-filtered, or mixed with anything.

Cyrano’s On The Go Chef Didier’s motto is “Good food makes people happy.” He has been making people happy with his delicious cooking in Chicago for more than 20 years. You will find an assortment of french soups, bread, meals, spreads and more at his stand each week. He is also a personal chef, cooking for parties, weddings, and events.

Ellis Family Farms is a small, sixth generation farm verified in Michigan’s Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP). Each week they offer a variety of fresh picked fruit and veggies from their 60-acre farm. Their philosophy is “you take care of the land because it in turn takes care of you.”

Faith’s Farm is dedicated to raising heritage and endangered livestock. All her livestock is raised the old fashion way: on free-range pasture that is not chemically treated. She follows organic and humanely raised practices. Each week, she offers a variety of pork, beef, eggs, and body care products.

Gorman Farm Fresh Produce are fifth-generation farmers growing vegetable crops on 11 acres in Monee, IL. They are dedicated to following Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for growing and producing without compromising or disrupting the environment for future generations. Mint Creek Farm is an organic-pasture based livestock & poultry farm that raises premium, grass-fed meats for the Chicago area. Since 1992, the Carr family have utilized biodynamic, organic methods on 220 acres to raise sheep, cows, pigs, goats, turkeys, chickens, and ducks.

Montelimar Bread serves freshly baked pastries and breads ranging from focaccia to ciabatta. Based in Evanston, they are currently focusing on wholesale and Farmers Markets. In the new future, they plan on opening a retail store.
